Profitable Professional Sales Training is the name of the suite of training products that are delivered under licence from the parent company Profitable Connections.

Profitable Connections Pty Ltd was founded in 1997 by our Managing Director Craig Leaney and it has always focussed on sales training, sales strategies and providing the resources required for their successful execution.

The development of the current suite of training programs has come about from over 25 years of real life experience in sales and training. Combine this with the resources from our strong affiliation with the Institute for Learning Practitioners (formerly known as the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators) and the training programs that are now being nationally facilitated represent worlds best practice.

Our facilitators are all highly experienced and commited to their ongoing professional and personal development.

As the founder and Managing Director of Profitable Connections and the primary developer of the Profitable Professional Sales Training Suites, Craig established the culture and commitment that has become our hallmark.

He has been a successful sales person in a variety of industries before starting Profitable Connections more than a decade ago. Although, he is first to point out the skills of the best sales person are not the same as the ones required to successfully design and then deliver quality sales training. Craig is proud to have been nominated as a Fellow of the Institute for Learning Practitioners, a mark of recognition of his commitment to excellence in learning design and delivery methodologies.

Craig is regularly in demand to provide keynote presentations on a variety of sales subjects and be an MC with a deliberate sales point of view.
