Are you a Good Investment?

We view 'employment' slightly differently than the majority of people we have encountered over the years. In our opinion, it does not matter the form of contract or remuneration, we all have the responsibility to be a good investment to whom ever is investing in us. Either that or we should seek out the circumstances and the personal or professional development whereby we can become a great investment.

The reassuring thing about knowing you are a great investment, is that you attract excellent opportunities into your life. You will never make decisions based upon fear or doubt. You would be surprised and a little concerned if you knew exactly how many people do come from a negative, disempowering thought pattern and subsequent negotiating position.

The Rules Always Apply

We have three different circumstances (see below) where we become involved in 'employing' people and companies. We believe the rules apply in each of these areas equally. If you are in any doubt about how to ensure you are a good investment, read our Code of Conduct and answer the question to yourself - do I live by a similar code and benchmarking myself against that code - do I represent a good investment?

1. - Employment by one of Profitable Connections' Clients

We frequently have positions available with one of our many clients. We publish a list from time to time but take it as a given that we can find a job for great people with the right attitude just about all year around.

We are probably aware of up to 10 positions at any given time that are not publicly advertised but are available for the right candidate who steps up to the plate and makes themselves known.

2. - Direct Employment by Profitable Connections

When opportunities to become part of the Team at Profitable Connections present themselves, we nearly always hire from those people that have already chosen to become part of our inner circle of contacts. Whether you are currently employed by someone else or not, it is possible for you to become part of our community and demonstrate what a great investment you would be.

You could do this by actively participating in our events, submitting articles for our newsletters, providing referrals to new potential business, the list is as long and varied as your passion, imagination and commitment.

3. - Contracting to Profitable Connections

We already have a highly skilled Team of Contractors and they support our efforts at ensuring we are a great investment for our clients. If you have talents, that you believe will assist us in achieving excellent outcomes for our current and potential clients, then make yourself known right now.
