As the founder and Managing Director of Profitable Connections Pty Ltd, Craig is responsible for the Culture, Code of Conduct and High Performance Standards of the entire Team.
Craig has trained elite Salespeople one to one, whole Sales Teams in various formats, presented to auditoriums of more than 3,000 Business Owners and always has the same outcome in mind. He has been quoted as saying "People have to come away with a desire to take immediate action on what they have just learnt and then to want to learn more - they need to have a yearn to learn and implement!"

With more than 20 years working as a sales professional and in Sales Management which includes 10 years of consulting as a Sales Strategist and Sales Trainer, Craig has diverse experience throughout a large variety of industries across Australasia. He has seen the benefit of being willing to innovate, adapt, learn, improvise and overcome.
Sales Training Comes Naturally.
Craig's past personal achievements placed him in the top percentile where ever he worked but the key difference to his other successful colleagues was his desire to help everyone else around him to also become the best they can be. Craig had often become the 'default' Sales Trainer for his employer long before he stepped out on his own to start Profitable Connections Pty Ltd in 1997.
Uncommon Sense.
You'll find his passion and enthusiasm are infectious and his approach is innovative and yet shows 'uncommon sense' (he believes that common sense is definitely not common practise).
