The key to successful selling is the timely execution of the right sales strategy. Whilst this is a statement of the obvious, our experience is that the vast majority of current and prospective business owners invest little or no time in examining all their sales strategy options. Even when they do take the time, it's difficult for them to objectively work out what is the best strategy to achieve their desired goals, as it is limited by their personal experience and screened through their naturally biased view.
