2.1 PATAMTracking the key performance indicators (KPIs) has long been the preferred method of managing sales performance. The only challenge is that all the evidence points towards this failing to achieve the desired results more often than most of us would like to admit! The challenge is that KPIs are all too often based upon lagging indicators and don’t allow us affect the results in a way that is meaningful going forward. The PATAM system is based around leading indicators and allows participants to proactively manage their daily activity to produce amazing new levels of performance. We cover how to ensure pre-commitment. 2.4 REDAPES Part 2Taking REDAPES to the next level. Prerequisite of REDAPES Part 1. Pre-commitment (advanced level), practising the Assess stage correctly, guiding the client’s decisions via education and offering options for them to choose so there is nothing left to think about. |
