Advanced Sales Skills Suite (4 modules)
Taps into the knowledge that salespeople have accumulated through experience and teaches them how to maximise the productive activities that lead to achieving their targets. They learn how to increase their expertise at getting to the truth (behind the facts and data) to become the preferred supplier before giving away the price or their intellectual property. They will learn the highly successful and proven pull-through sales process called REDAPES™.

Elite Sales Skills Suite (4 modules)
This suite is for experienced salespeople that want to take their professional selling to the next level. Elite salespeople learn how to do the basics at an elite level & consistently win on purpose. They will discover how to generate a constant stream of qualified leads and sell using financially intelligent methodologies and terminology. Having defined the client decision factors and improved their sales forecasting accuracy, they reap the rewards that elite salespeople so richly deserve for being a true professional.

Sales Management Skills Suite (2 modules)
Crucial to the success of all sales training is the attitiude, engagement and skills of the people that manage the learner. To address this issue specifically, we have designed a series of programs that teach the direct managers of our trainees (and their Managers) how to ensure they help demonstrate the leadership and behaviors that will create the best possible result for all involved.
Custom Design Sales Training
The vast majority of corporations and organisations utilise the standard modules that
form the 4 suites above. We are happy to discuss how we can customise the training to make it more effective for specific circumstances.
Separate to this customisation of existing modules, we have been engaged by medium to larger corporations and associations to create completely custom design sales training that is then branded unique to them. Whilst retaining our IC and IP, over time, these custom designed training platforms have then been integrated into these corpoarations under licence and we have trained
their teams or contractors to deliver their unique requirements.
