Crucial to the success of all sales training is the attitude, engagement and skills of the people that manage the learner.

To address this issue specifically, we have designed a series of individual programs (see the list to the right). These teach the direct managers of our trainees (and their Managers) how to ensure they help demonstrate the leadership that will create the best possible result for all involved.
