Seminars and other Events

This policy is applicable to all Profitable Connections Seminars and Events , whether specified on this website, www.profits.net.au , or otherwise purchased by you.

In purchasing any Seminars or Events from Profitable Connections you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy. Do not purchase any Seminars or Events if you do not accept these Terms.

Where payment has been received by Profitable Connections for attendance at one of our Seminars or other Events, we reserve the right to only provide a full refund if the cancellation notice is received by us in writing at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of the Seminar or Event.

Should the cancellation notice be received with insufficient notice, we do allow for a replacement attendee to be named and still require written notice of the request for change of attendee to be acknowledged and permitted.

Where Profitable Connections has to cancel a Seminar or Event for any reason (through no fault of any of the participants), full payment of the requested refund will occur within 30 days of the scheduled day for the commencement of the Seminar or Event.

Refund will be by cheque or direct deposit (at our sole discretion) into your nominated account and will be made within 30 days from receipt and acknowledgement of written request.

This policy may be changed from time to time in Profitable Connections sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. New versions of this Policy will be updated so please check back for updates.
