What Created the Need?

Our Sales Advisory Board service was created out of demand from various business owners (and other pro-active board members) who recognised they needed the eyes, ears and instincts of an experienced Sales Manager to review their current and planned sales strategies.

They expressed the need for a 'sounding board' to run ideas pass and in some cases, they knew they needed someone to hold them accountable for working on this particular facet of their business at a set time each month. This service is not about being actively involved in the daily activities but more from a 'board members' point of view.

Our Perspective

We approach the business with the perspective of an external and objective specialist in sales strategies. We are not focussed on the other aspects of the operations. We are not general business coaches or for that matter personal coaches. There are other consultants and organisations that have that specific expertise and we will work with them where appropriate to maximise the outcomes for all involved.
